Bernhard Brugger joined PAYBACK in 2000 and hence has shaped both company and products from the very beginning. He started his career as Head of Products and Services and assumed the overall responsibility for Partner Management after that. As of 2005, he headed Germany Sales as a member of the Executive Board. In 2008, he was appointed as Managing Director of PAYBACK. His position as CEO Central Europe (from 2011 onwards) paved the way for his position as PAYBACK CEO Europe in 2013. In 2018, he was appointed as Executive Vice President, CEO Global Loyalty Coalition by American Express. Bernhard Brugger is responsible for all 11 PAYBACK countries - Germany, Italy, Austria, Poland and Mexico as multipartner programs and further nations in Eastern Europe, which PAYBACK runs as monopartner programs for the partner dm-drogerie markt. Before joining PAYBACK, Berni worked for Gianni Versace and Philips.
PAYBACK is expanding its market leadership as multichannel marketing platform via all channels and is exploring new markets, too. This is creating new and significant challenges for the structure, the team and the communication. Dommick drives forward the advancement of PAYBACK by focussing on multichannel marketing, digitisation and global communication. In his previous job as CEO of Paypal DACH, Dominik Dommick developed end customer business for the DACH countries and established Paypal as the most secure online payment channel in the German-speaking region. Prior to that, he acted as Head of International eMarketing Nivea at Beiersdorf AG.
Markus Knorr is responsible for finances, controlling, legal matters and purchasing at Loyalty Partner. He completed his studies in economics at the University of Stuttgart Hohenheim and began his professional career in 2001 in the Controlling and Accounting department at debitel AG in Stuttgart. His last position there was Head of International Controlling. After three and a half years of working experience, he took on responsibilities at Loyalty Partner and became Head of Controlling in 2004 and Chief Financial Officer in 2011.
In addition to his responsibility for the PAYBACK global product, Conrad Pozsgai is also leading the Analytics and Business Intelligence teams, being the interface between product data and IT. His division is focused on the important and at the same time challenging data-driven initiatives of Big Data and real time, both on a national and international level. Pozsgai began his career at PAYBACK as Online Account Manager before taking over as Head of Product Development and was responsible for the Operations, IT and Analytics departments. In addition to his activities for PAYBACK Germany, he was the managing director in charge of establishing PAYBACK in Poland.
