Loyalty Partner is "Top Employer" for the 16th time in a row with top scores as an employer in all categories

For the 16th time in succession, Loyalty Partner, the parent company of the  of the PAYBACK bonus program, has been recognized as a "Top Employer" for its
outstanding conditions as an employer. The certificate issued by the Top Employers Institute is awarded on the basis of a a multi-stage assessment process, the certificate is awarded to the companies that excel in specified categories. Around 1,850 companies in 123 countries took part in the 2022 process.
The companies are evaluated on the basis of six overarching HR dimensions and 20 HR areas, such as Work Environment, Talent Acquisition
or Inclusion & Diversity.  
 
With the highest score of 100%, Loyalty Partner performed particularly well in several categories this year. These include Business Strategy, Organization & Change, Engagement and Ethics & Integrity. In the areas of Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Well-Being, and Diversity & Inclusion, Loyalty Partner achieves
scores up to double digits better than the competition in a company comparison.
