PAYBACK expands Partner Management section

Munich – PAYBACK GmbH, the operator of Germany’s largest bonus scheme PAYBACK, is expanding its management team. As of now, Roland Adrian (37) is responsible for existing PAYBACK partners, with a particular focus on the areas of high street, non-retail, services and new PAYBACK business. In his new role, Mr. Adrian will be in charge of, among other things, individual partner strategies and the proactive expansion of the existing programme portfolio. Currently, PAYBACK members can collect points at 25 retail companies and over 150 online companies. 60% of German households have a PAYBACK card.

Prior to joining the market leading company, Mr. Adrian spent more than six years with CAP Customer Advantage Program GmbH, operator of the HappyDigits bonus programme. As a member of the management board, he was latterly responsible for sales operations, including acquiring and supporting B2B customers. As area manager for PAYBACK Partner Management, Mr. Adrian will also serve as Bernhard Brugger’s deputy.

In the course of his career, Roland Adrian has also spent time at KarstadtQuelle AG and Karstadtsport.com AG, where he held top-level marketing positions. Before this he worked for business consultants Roland Berger.
