The PAYBACK GROUP is one of the 20 most family-friendly companies in Bavaria. This is the great result of the company competition "Successful. Family-friendly." competition run by the Bavarian State Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy in conjunction with the Bavarian State Ministry for Family Affairs, Labor and Social Affairs. At the award ceremony held at the Residenz yesterday, Monday evening, Bavaria's Minister of Economic Affairs Hubert Aiwanger and Minister of State Carola Trautner also presented the award to the PAYBACK GROUP as an outstanding family-friendly company in Bavaria. "Family friendliness pays off for everyone. Reconciling work and family life is a matter of the heart for many fathers and mothers," said Bavaria's Minister of Economic Affairs, Hubert Aiwanger.

Bavaria's Labor Minister Carolina Trautner emphasized, "Our award winners show how diverse family-friendliness can be implemented. It is not a question of the sector or the size of the company, but of the willingness to meet the needs of the employees. This benefits not only the employees, but the entire company!"

"The award is an important confirmation for us and at the same time a huge incentive to be a pioneer in terms of family-friendliness and equal opportunities for women and parents in companies," says Carolin Schlegtendal, HR Director and Inclusion & Diversity Ambassador at PAYBACK GROUP. "Children and career should not be mutually exclusive; women with career ambitions and fathers who also want to take parental leave should not have to fear any disadvantages to their careers. With our in-house daycare center, many initiatives and our Inclusion & Diversity Ambassadors, we want to continue setting standards as a particularly family-friendly and diverse company."

Of the almost 300 companies taking part, the PAYBACK GROUP impressed the jury in all five selection criteria: family-friendly working conditions, service and support offerings, personnel development and sustainability, information and communication, and corporate and management culture.
