As a business trainee, you will take on project responsibility at an early stage and have a wide range of development opportunities. Procedure
The business trainee program lasts 24 months and consists of four blocks of six months each. During this time, you will deal with all aspects of the various companies. Whether PAYBACK or LPS – you will have the opportunity to get a taste of the different areas of the company and get to know them in depth.
In the first two stages, you will be assigned to PAYBACK's core functions and learn about (digital) partner management and (digital) marketing. You can complete the third and fourth stages in various departments: from analytics to product, customer services, or one of the other companies. This will give you comprehensive generalist know-how and, above all, help you build a broad network.
Requirements
- Relevant internship or initial professional experience, preferably with experience abroad
- Affinity for web and mobile technology
- Team spirit and enjoyment of project work
- Strong numerical skills and very good analytical and conceptual abilities
- Above-average university degree in economics, (business) informatics, or a comparable field of study
