PAYBACK once again ranks among Germany's best employers

PAYBACK has once again been named one of Germany's best employers. The award is based on a nationwide survey conducted by the Cologne-based rating and ranking agency ServiceValue in cooperation with the daily newspaper DIE WELT. In the study “Germany's Best Employers 2025,” nearly 4,000 companies from the service, trade, and industrial sectors were evaluated by 764,000 respondents in terms of their attractiveness as employers.

“This award is an important confirmation for us that our commitment to our colleagues is being recognized,” said Manuela Ortiz, Head of Talent Acquisition at the PAYBACK GROUP. “PAYBACK is popular with 35 million customers in Germany for its points, but also with colleagues in particular for the special team spirit within the company, for its creativity, innovations, services, and courage to try new things. We are proud of that.”
