Thalia sees the continuation of the cooperation as an important step: “PAYBACK is a key partner for us when it comes to offering added value to our customers and consistently implementing our omnichannel strategy,” emphasizes Roland Kölbl, Managing Director of Sales e-Commerce and IT at Thalia. “By integrating the Spielwaren Krömer and Toysino specialty stores into the PAYBACK program, we are combining the joy of reading with the fun of playing – while at the same time strengthening the appeal of brick-and-mortar retail.”
“The extension of our partnership with Thalia is a clear commitment to shared values and a successful strategy,” says Bernhard Brugger, Managing Director of PAYBACK. “With the integration of the new toy retailers, we are offering even more opportunities to collect points, thereby creating further added value for our customers.”
The technical integration of the additional specialty stores will take place at the beginning of the year. Customers will then also be able to collect and redeem points at toy retailers – both in-store and online. PAYBACK and Thalia are thus sending a clear signal for partnership-based growth and innovative customer experiences.
