STEP BY STEP THROUGH OUR APPLICATION PROCESS:

Choose the job of your dreams
Once you have found a job posting on the job page that you are interested in, click APPLY NOW. Or write a speculative application if you have not found a suitable position.

Create your applicant profile
Confirm that you would like to be included into the applicant pool so that your application can be forwarded to other suitable departments. Create a new profile if this is your first application to PAYBACK or use your existing login data.

Fill or update your profile
Add personal information, attach documents and edit the privacy and legal statements. The average time to complete an application is usually less than 10 minutes.

Submit your application
Once you have filled in all the information and attached your documents, click on APPLY NOW to submit your application. You will receive an automatic confirmation by e-mail.

Wait for our response
Your application will now be carefully reviewed by us. We will get back to you within about a week. Please be patient. If you haven't heard from us yet, you are still in the process.

Next Steps
You will receive initial feedback or an invitation to a personal meeting via phone or e-mail. You will then receive information on how to proceed with your application.
TIPS AND TRICKS FOR YOUR APPLICATION:
Be creative!
Give your creativity free rein and stand out from the crowd. We love applications that are innovative and show us that you are familiar with us as a company and also with the job description. As a digitally innovative company, we also want to see your skills here. So why not send us your application as a video or hidden in a QR code? Creative case solution proposals are also highly appreciated.
Show personality!
Above all, we want to get to know you as a person, because not only your hard skills are important to us, but also your soft skills. This way we can see if we are a personal match and if you fit into our existing teams with your personality. So in addition to your technical knowledge, we always try to have a little small talk with you to get to know you better as a person and to break the ice for a relaxed atmosphere.

Our cases are not always measured by answering every question correctly and completely. We're interested in seeing how you can handle a problem. Familiarize yourself with us as a company and our business model. Be as direct as possible in your answers. Take a few moments before answering, give it some thought, and then answer precisely instead of beating around the bush. Don't be afraid. Just be yourself and trust your knowledge and personality instead of thinking about what we might want to hear.

Neither the questions in the interview nor the case tasks are there to spoil your mood. So stay relaxed and try to have a little fun with the task. If it doesn't work out this time, you can gain knowledge from the process. And if everything works out for both sides and you can soon call yourself PAYBACKER, you'll already have a rough idea of how things work here.

If you don't meet some of the requirements listed under YOUR PROFILE, that's no problem!
You should meet the basic requirements, but more important are your motivation and your personal fit with us. You should also have the interest and motivation to expand your knowledge together with us and, of course, you should be interested in the tasks listed in the job description.
In the first interview, you will meet two to three colleagues from the department.
Depending on the vacancy for which you have applied, a second specialized interview will follow. This could be an interview with a case study or a meeting with your potential new supervisor.
If we decide to work together, we will send you our offer via DocuSign, because we can do without the paperwork.
After the employment contract has been signed, we will send you all the important information about your start by e-mail.
On the first day, we will welcome you with a goodie bag and our introductory event, after which your department will take care of your technical onboarding.
