You will receive initial feedback or an invitation to a personal meeting via phone or e-mail. You will then receive information on how to proceed with your application.

You should meet the basic requirements, but more important are your motivation and your personal fit with us. You should also have the interest and motivation to expand your knowledge together with us and, of course, you should be interested in the tasks listed in the job description.
In the first interview, you will meet two to three colleagues from the department.
Depending on the vacancy for which you have applied, a second specialized interview will follow. This could be an interview with a case study or a meeting with your potential new supervisor.
If we decide to work together, we will send you our offer via DocuSign, because we can do without the paperwork.
After the employment contract has been signed, we will send you all the important information about your start by e-mail.
