Business Analyst Graduate

As a Business Analyst Graduate, you will get to know both the finance division in our holding company and our analytics division at PAYBACK. By working in both companies, you will be able to build up a comprehensive network right from the start and develop your skills quickly.

    Process

    The Business Analyst Graduate Program covers a period of 18 months with several blocks of between 6 and 9 months. From taking over cross-channel campaign management to data analysis and the development of scoring or pricing models, everything is included here. During your time as a graduate, you will be assigned to various areas that deal with facts, figures, and data.

    Requirements

    • First relevant professional experience during internships with a focus on analytics, data science or controlling
    • Benefit-oriented approach and analytical thinking

    • Strong communication skills and assertiveness
    • An above-average university degree in economics, statistics or a similar field of study
