As a Business Graduate, you will take on project responsibility at any early stage and have a diverse range of development options. Process

The Business Graduate Program covers a period of 18 to 24 months with 3 to 4 blocks of between 5 and 6 months. During this time, you will be involved in all facets of the various companies. Whether it's PAYBACK or LPS, you have the opportunity to get a taste of the different areas of the company and to get to know them intensively.

In the first two stations, you will be assigned to the core functions of PAYBACK, where you will get to know (Digital) Partner Management and (Digital) Marketing. You can spend the third and fourth stations in different departments: from Analytics to Product, Customer Services to one of the other companies. This gives you comprehensive generalistic know-how and, above all, builds up an overarching network.

Requirements

  • Relevant internship or first work experience, preferably with experience abroad
  • Affinity for web and mobile technology
  • Team spirit and enthusiasm for project work
  • Strong numerical skills and very good analytical and conceptual abilities
  • Above-average university degree in economics, (business) informatics or comparable studies
