Finance & Controlling Graduate

As a Finance & Controlling Graduate, you will join our holding company and get to know the finance department from A-Z. We offer you opportunities for further development and to position yourself in a rapidly growing company. From day one, you will take on responsibility and manage your own topics and projects.

    Process

    The Finance & Controlling Graduate Program covers a period of 18 to 24 months with several blocks of between 2 and 6 months.

    During your time as a graduate, you will become familiar with all aspects of the finance department at Loyalty Partner Holding. You will be assigned to various divisions within controlling as well as tax, accounting, commercial IT or procurement. However, you will also spend time at PAYBACK, for example in marketing, to get to know the day-to-day business there.

    Requirements

    • First relevant professional experience during internships with a focus on finance, controlling or accounting
    • Pronounced understanding of numbers and strong analytical mindset
    • Committed team player with own opinion and good communication skills
    • An above-average university degree in business administration, mathematics, or a similar field of study
