PAYBACK wins all four customer categories at the German Bonus Awards

Users vote for PAYBACK in all categories: "Best program", "Best app", "Best customer service" and "Best campaign"

At the third "German Bonus Awards", the leading German bonus program PAYBACK was voted top in four out of four categories: This means that the awards for "Best Program", "Best App", "Best Customer Service" and "Best Promotion" go to the Munich-based company in all categories. 

This year, almost 116,000 participants voted in the German Bonus Awards and rated their experiences with the various bonus and customer loyalty programs.

The "German Bonus Awards" evaluate the performance of bonus and loyalty programs that inspire users and help them save money. "In Germany, the use and popularity of bonus programs are far above the European average, with PAYBACK leading the way as a multi-partner bonus program with a reach of millions and a large partner network. The results show that customers particularly appreciate and value this combination in the German market," says initiator, author and loyalty expert Ulf-Gunnar Switalski, also known as "UpgradeGuru". He has been involved with loyalty programs for 30 years and passes on his knowledge to consumers in online magazines, books and columns.
