New at PAYBACK: Collect points at Pit-Stop

Heusenstamm, Munich – Garage workshop chain Pit-Stop is now a partner of PAYBACK Germany's largest loyalty programme.

From 1 July 2010, PAYBACK customers will be able to collect one point for each euro spent at the over 400 branches of Pit-Stop throughout Germany. The two partners are also planning special promotions for services such as servicing and tyre changes in the autumn months. “Quality, proximity to our customers and favourable terms are particularly important to us. The services and offers available via PAYBACK mean our customers can enjoy additional rewards while we gain an innovative opportunity to put ourselves head and shoulders above the competition,” says Pit-Stop Managing Director Hermann Scheck.

“Our partner network and our services are completely focused on the customers' interests. A nationwide chain of garages was right at the top of our customers' wish list. Pit-Stop is a very customer-oriented chain with a long tradition and an extremely extensive service network, and we are delighted to welcome the company on board as a new partner,” comments PAYBACK managing director Bernhard Brugger.

Pit-Stop is Germany's oldest independent garage chain. Customer proximity is one of its highest priorities. As all of the chain's branches employ fully qualified specialists, customers at any of the company's workshops can be present as their vehicle is being inspected.

PAYBACK sends out 85 million direct mailings and 272 million e-mail newsletters a year, and its brand is represented in around 8,550 partner stores. As a result, PAYBACK is the largest communications platform in Germany. The project with Pit-Stop means PAYBACK can now extend its total number of outlets to nearly 9,000. Pit-Stop expects its involvement with PAYBACK to boost customer loyalty at its garages. Both partners are also keen to attract new customers to Pit-Stop.
