PAYBACK's customer service approach has triumphed again this year, with the company being named the winner of Germany’s nationwide Service Champions Survey 2018. The Munich-based company once again scored a points victory over DeutschlandCard and Miles & More in the category "bonus systems".

This award shows that our customers are taking advantage of our services, and it also confirms that our efforts to deliver outstanding customer benefits are appreciated,” said Detlev Rubant, Vice President Global Operations and member of the PAYBACK management team.
Involving over 3,000 companies in more than 320 sectors, the Service Champions Survey is Germany’s most comprehensive ranking of the quality of service provided by companies. It is conducted jointly by ServiceValue GmbH, Goethe University Frankfurt and the daily newspaper DIE WELT. The individual service experience of the companies’ current and former customers is a key criterion in the ranking. The survey’s specific methodology enables the companies to be compared with each other, both within the same sector and also across different sectors. The service rankings are based on the scientifically robust “Service Experience Score”, a simple and efficient concept for measuring customer satisfaction across different sectors.
