Points, prose and partnership: PAYBACK and Thalia start next chapter together after next chapter together after contract extension

The success story between Thalia, Europe's largest omnichannel bookseller, and PAYBACK is entering the next round. "We are delighted to continue our collaboration with Germany's largest and most popular bonus program. The omnichannel marketing platform is a very efficient tool for addressing customers and offers us the opportunity to reach our customers offline, online and mobile with customized coupons and offers. This is highly appreciated by consumers," says Roland Kölbl, Managing Director and Chief Customer Officer at Thalia. The two companies have already been cooperating for ten years. The aim is to dovetail the free Thalia KultClub benefits program even better with PAYBACK in the future and to strengthen each other, says Kölbl: "Because this way we can provide customers with even better offers and further strengthen the topic of reading in society."

"Thanks to its wide range of products, Thalia is a partner with great added value for all PAYBACK customers within our program. We are proud to be able to further expand this fantastic cooperation and are convinced that we will be able to further increase the benefits of PAYBACK for customers and for Thalia in the coming years," explains PAYBACK Managing Director Bernhard Brugger.
In Thalia's more than 400 bookstores throughout Germany, including all of the company's partner bookstores, and also on thalia.de, customers are rewarded with PAYBACK points for purchases of music, films, games, toys, eReaders and accessories, among other things. The renewed partnership consolidates Thalia's position as one of PAYBACK's most popular partners, whose network now comprises around 700 partner companies.
