Alnatura relies on PAYBACK in the long term

Strong partnership since more than 10 years

The market-leading PAYBACK bonus program and organic retailer Alnatura have extended their successful partnership for the long term.

For over ten years now, the 31 million PAYBACK customers have been rewarded with points for their purchases of organic food, natural cosmetics and organic textiles in the 150 Alnatura Super Natur stores and via the Alnatura delivery service. The collaboration between the two partners is all about joint growth, including the further expansion of digital products and services: Customers particularly like to use the PAYBACK app at Alnatura because it allows them to collect and redeem points, activate coupons and also make mobile payments at the same time. It is important to Alnatura that the points collected can also be donated to charitable causes. To this end, the Alnatura customer magazine presents a monthly aid project from the PAYBACK world of donations.
