dm-drogerie markt and PAYBACK extend successful cooperation in nine European countries

PAYBACK and dm have now paved the way for the future of their partnership in Germany, Austria and seven Eastern European countries, where customers can also collect PAYBACK points at dm. dm is one of the most important and also one of the most active companies when it comes to the innovative use of the PAYBACK multichannel marketing platform. The two companies have been cooperating in Germany since 2000.

In order to offer customers the best added value when shopping and the continued ease of use of the bonus program, dm and PAYBACK are focusing on a close connection between their apps, among other things. In Germany, for example, the well-known PAYBACK PAY smart mobile payment function was recently integrated into the popular dm app, which passed the 2 million user mark in January 2024. The PAYBACK app has over 11.7 million users in Germany, making it one of the largest and most popular shopping apps in Germany.
