Loyalty Partner GmbH has received independent certification as “Germany’s Top Employer 2016”. This is the 10th time in a row that the company, part of American Express, has received the coveted title through its subsidiaries PAYBACK, Emnos and Loyalty Partner Solutions (LPS). Loyalty Partner employs around 1,000 people at its headquarters in Munich and in Italy, France, Spain, the UK, Poland, India, Mexico and the US.
The Loyalty Partner Group’s HR management policy was rated as excellent in a test by the independent Top Employers Institute. "Ideal working conditions mean that people grow and develop in both their private and their professional lives. Our detailed investigation found that Loyalty Partner GmbH has created an outstanding working environment and offers an extensive range of creative initiatives. These range from secondary benefits and working conditions to a performance management system that is fully consistent with the corporate culture,” said Steffen Neefe, Country Manager for Germany, Austria and Switzerland at the Top Employers Institute.

The independent Top Employers Institute certifies organisations around the world that achieve the highest standards in employee management. All participating firms undergo a uniform investigation process. They need to meet defined and standardised requirements in order to receive certification.
