Loyalty Partner shortlisted for the European Business Awards 2008

Nominated in the categories “Growth Strategy of the Year” and “Customer Focus”

Loyalty Partner GmbH, experts for innovative customer loyalty and operator of the PAYBACK bonus programme, has been nominated as one of ten finalists in the “Growth Strategy of the Year” and “Société Générale Award for Customer Focus” categories at the European Business Awards. The nominations by an independent European panel recognise the strong company growth in the past years, based particularly on the successful development of PAYBACK, now the biggest bonus programme in Germany. In addition, the nomination in the “Growth Strategy of the Year” category honours the sustainability of the growth strategy, which is designed to maintain the company’s leading market position in the future. As well as operating the PAYBACK programme, Loyalty Partner has successfully opened up new areas of business and now makes its expertise available to other companies as a service provider.In nominating Loyalty Partner in the “Customer Focus” category, the judges recognise the company’s commitment to integrating PAYBACK customers into the company’s improvement processes. Loyalty Partner scored highly in this area thanks to its regular market research which analyses customer satisfaction, buying patterns and wishes for new product features. This research is the basis for real improvements to the programme.The European Business Awards are presented in recognition of best practices, outstanding services and innovation in the European economic area. Companies from all 25 countries in the European Union competed across all industries and countries in six prize categories: Business of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year, Business Innovation of the Year, Growth Strategy of the Year, The Award for Customer Focus and The Award for Corporate Sustainability. The ten finalists in each category were announced on 22 November. Ten German companies have made it to this stage of the competition. The finalists joining Loyalty Partner in the “Growth Strategy of the Year” category include Q-Cells, while Air Berlin, Deutsche Telekom Kundenservice and Goetz Gebäudemanagement have also made the shortlist for the “Société Générale Award for Customer Focus”.
