As Director Marketplace, Kirschner has been responsible for PAYBACK's online partners since March 2020. Prior to PAYBACK, he was Director Media at the Munich-based agency iCrossing, where he was responsible for media consulting. Prior to that, he held various management positions at the Swedish performance marketing company Tradedoubler, most recently as Group Director, Strategic Development, where he was responsible for expanding the company's business in Asia.
