PAYBACK awarded accolade after competition organised by the University of St. Gallen, ratings agency Service-Rating and Handelsblatt

Munich, 4 April 2011 – PAYBACK is once again one of "Germany's most customer-oriented service providers" in 2011. The leading international multi-partner loyalty programme was awarded the accolade by the University of St. Gallen, which organises the annual cross-sector competition in conjunction with ratings agency Service-Rating and trade journal Handelsblatt. Just short of 100 companies took part in the year's competition. PAYBACK's partners Otto, Baur, expert and HRS were also among the top 50. PAYBACK received the distinction in 2007, too.

With this accolade, the panel of judges recognised Loyalty’s integration of PAYBACK customers into the company’s improvement processes and the introduction of regular checks to ensure high-quality service and continued customer benefits. "We are delighted to receive the certificate. It means that both our customers and an independent panel of judges rate PAYBACK's customer orientation highly. Our members' satisfaction is our number one priority", says PAYBACK CEO Bernhard Brugger. He added, "We systematically shape the programme to meet consumer wishes – in terms of new partners, services and offers".
